Procurement of Fertilizer

The Ministry of Agriculture through the Project Implementation Unit of the Rice Value Chain Transformation Project (RVCTP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 2,600 Mt of fertilizer as described above.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information including viewing the electronic version of the bidding document and/or physical inspect the bidding documents at the Office of Project Director at WALLIC COMPLEX KEER SERIGN, The Gambia, and Telephone +220- 7073234/3262739, +220- 9819333/7020700 on weekdays, during office hours (8:30 AM – 16:00 PM GMT). A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above, physically or electronically and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of US$ 170 or its equivalent in a freely convertible currency, for each set payable in cash or Banker’s Cheque, or electronic transfer to RVCTP Account Number: 1101006009 in favor of the Project RVCTP.

The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Conditions of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document: Procurement of Goods.
