Baseline assessment for the Data Science Catalytic Fund (DSCF) Initiative in Burkina Faso, Uganda, Rwanda and Ethiopia

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (the “Global Fund”) invites all potential suppliers (the “Bidders”) to submit proposals for the above-captioned Request for Proposals (RFP).

Scope of Work

The Global Fund invites potential suppliers to submit technical proposals to support, as technical assistance providers, to support the Data Science Catalytic Fund (DSCF), in the following category:

Conduct consultancy to

1. Carry out a baseline assessment for the Data Science Catalytic Fund (DSCF) Initiative in Burkina Faso, Uganda, Rwanda and Ethiopia with regards to

• The current status of the community health information system (CHIS) in the country, including relevant information on community data scope and flow, digitization initiatives, as well as main actors including partners;
• The existing private sector contributing to health information systems with focus on CHIS, digitization and data science in the country, including relevant information on main actors including partners;
• The current status of roll out of the DSCF in country, objectives and main activities planned as per the country’s plan

2. Revise and align the M&E plan for the DSCF to meet country’s implementation objectives.
