    Item Description:

    The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Priority Actions of the AU-ILO-IOM-ECA Joint Program on Labour Migration Governance for Development and Integration in Africa (JLMP Priority) for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

    IOM Special Liaison Office Addis Ababa invites interested Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to submit “Bid” for the service of “Baseline Assessment to Identify Existing Needs and Priorities in the Area of Labour Migration Management, including on the state of Social Dialogue in ECOWAS, EAC and SADC and Selected MSs in connection with JLMP Priority”.

    A complete set of Request for Proposal with detail Terms of Reference (TOR) can be requested by interested Service Providers/ Consulting Firms by sending an email to SLOADDISABABAPROCUREMENT@iom.int. from 28 August 2019 to 16 September 2019.

    The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality – Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP. The Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at Special Liaison Office, Kirkos Sub-City, Wereda 8, YeMez Building. P.O.Box: 25283, Code 1000. Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Tel: 251-11 557 1707 • Fax: 251-11 557 1802• no later than on or before 5:00pm and 18 September 2019. No late proposal shall be accepted.

    IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms
