Call for Tenders for Brokerage and Insurance Services

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has decided to proceed with this call for tenders with a view to selecting an insurance broker and one or more insurers (recommended by the broker), who will cover the various risks identified and broken down into 4 lots. :

• ‒  LOT 1: Property Damage and Operating Losses
• ‒  LOT 2: Automobile Fleet & Missions
• ‒  LOT 3: General Liability
• ‒  LOT 4: Special Risks Insurance

The Contract Holder may propose a different insurer by lot or the same insurer for all the lots.

The call for tenders will take place in two phases:

Phase 1: Candidature Phase (October – December 2018)

Phase 2: Bid phase (December 2018 – March 2019)

The start date of execution of the contract is 1 July 2019

The first step of the bidding process is to pre-select brokers who have the ability to manage OECD policies and place 100% risk.

The deadline for submissions of proposals is Tuesday 30 October 2018, 10 AM (Paris time).

The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested candidates should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.
