Call for Tenders for International Contractor: Patient Reported Indicator Survey (PaRIS)

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) invites proposals for the development and implementation of the first cycle of the Patient Reported Indicators Survey (PaRIS): International Survey on the Outcomes and Experiences of Patients with Chronic Conditions (henceforth referred to as “PaRIS-survey”).

The PaRIS-survey will be the first international survey of health outcomes and experiences of adults with one or more chronic conditions who are receiving health care from primary/ambulatory care service providers.

The main objective of the PaRIS-survey will be to report internationally comparable health care outcomes and experiences of adults with chronic conditions who are treated in primary/ambulatory care through indicators reported by patients themselves and that can be repeatedly measured over time.

The tasks associated with the development and implementation of the first cycle of the PaRIS-survey have been grouped into two separate “Parts”:

• Part 1: Instrument development and testing
• Part 2: Field trial and main survey

An online information session will be held on Thursday 20 December 2018, 15h00 Paris time

The deadline date for the receipt of Tenders is Friday 29 March 2019, 2pm (Paris time)

L’Organisation de coopération et de développement économiques (OCDE) sollicite des propositions pour l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre du premier cycle de l’Enquête sur les indicateurs déclarés des patients (Enquête sur les patients signalés par les patients): Enquête internationale sur les résultats et l’expérience des patients présentant des affections chroniques «Enquête PaRIS»).

L’enquête PaRIS sera la première enquête internationale sur les résultats et les expériences en matière de santé des adultes atteints d’une ou plusieurs maladies chroniques et recevant des soins de santé de la part de fournisseurs de services de soins primaires / ambulatoires.

L’enquête PaRIS aura pour principal objectif de rendre compte des résultats et de l’expérience comparables en matière de soins de santé chez les adultes atteints de maladies chroniques traités en soins primaires / ambulatoires au moyen d’indicateurs déclarés par les patients eux-mêmes et qui peuvent être mesurés à plusieurs reprises au fil du temps.

Les tâches associées à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre du premier cycle de l’enquête PaRIS ont été regroupées en deux «parties» distinctes:

• Partie 1: Développement et test d’instruments
• Partie 2: Essai sur le terrain et enquête principale

Une session d’information en ligne aura lieu le jeudi 20 décembre 2018 à 15 heures, heure de Paris.

La date limite de réception des offres est le vendredi 29 mars 2019 à 14 heures (heure de Paris).

L’Organisation utilisera son portail e-Sourcing « Bravo Solution » afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés devront s’inscrire sur le portail en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et aux annexes.
