Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
The Government of Mongolia received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of the Skills for Employment Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for CW05: Civil Works for Darkhan-uul Vocational Training and Production Center.
National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB as described in the Bidding Document.
