Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Government of Uttarakhand, India has applied for financing from the ADB toward the cost of Uttarakhand Transmission Strengthening and Distribution Improvement Project. Part of this financing will be used for eligible payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand Ltd. (“the Employer”) invites e- bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of AIS Substation (“the facilities”) on turnkey basis.
The detailed scope of work for the above work is defined in their respective bidding document.
Open Competitive Bidding (OCB – International) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Documents.
