Construction and completion of Road Works on existing National Highway No. 279

The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the Northern Mountain Provinces Transport Connectivity Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

Project Management Unit 2 under Ministry of Transport now invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of the Works as broadly described above.

National Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Single- Stage: One-Envelope without prequalification and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document.

The scope of works for this contract package CW-03 consists of the upgrading construction of mountainous road grade III Section: (km 40+000- km 63+446) existing National Highway No. 279.
