The European Investment Bank (EIB or the Bank) is the financing institution of the European Union (EU). Created by the Treaty of Rome, its shareholders are the Member States of the EU, and its Board of Governors is composed of the Finance Ministers of these States.

Brief description of the required services/supplies

The objective of the Assignment is to prepare a sector study on investment costs (construction and equipment costs) for newly built hospitals in the EU-28, Turkey and the Western Balkans. The countries have been grouped in regional clusters. The scope of this sector study comprises both green and brown field construction of new hospitals.
