Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the Asian Development Bank toward the cost of the GMS Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway Construction Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
Vietnam Expressway Corporation now invites e-bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of the Works as broadly described above. The scope of works for this contract package A6-3 consists of construction of expressway section km44+720 – km49+950.
National Open Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Single- Stage: One-Envelope without prequalification and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the bidding document.
