Construction of new 4 WUA buildings in Farkhor and 1 WUA building in Hamadoni districts

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Republic of Tajikistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Water Resources Management in Pyanj River Basin Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Agency for Land Reclamation and Irrigation (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Construction of new 4 WUA buildings in Farkhor and 1 WUA building in Hamadoni districts (“the Works”). Construction period is 5 (five) months from the contract signing date.

National Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single- Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
