Global Supply and Delivery of Visibility Materials under Long Term Agreement (LTA)

a) IOM does not warrant that any quantity will be procured during the duration of the LTA. IOM shall not be liable for any cost in the event that no purchases are made under any resulting LTA.

b) the agreements shall be valid for a period of two (2) years with possibility of one (1) year extension. The successful Bidder(s) shall have the right to review their prices every 12 months from commencement of the LTA, and shall notify IOM in writing 90 days prior to the 12- month period ofa proposed price decrease or increase. The successful Bidder(s) shall provide proper justification for any price increase. IOM shall be entitled to either accept the price decrease / increase or to cancel the LTA, and shall notify the successful Bidder(s) in writing of its decision.

c) award shall be per lot/combination of lots/geographical location. Below are the geographical locations: Americas, Oceania, Asia, Africa and Europe.

d) the long term agreement template as specified in Section VI, Contract Forms shall be used for the establishment ofthe final agreement.

An Online Pre-Bid Conference may be organized after receiving bidders’ questions and clarifications, which will be held on 25 January 2022, 1600H Manila Time.

Bids must be submitted through electronic mail at email address mscubids@iom.int not later than 07 February 2022, 1500H Manila Time. Late bids shall be rejected. Please take into consideration mailbox capacity to be at 5MB per file per email. Bids sent in batches per email is acceptable.

Bids shall be valid for a period of60 calendar days after submission ofBids. Late bids shall be rejected.
