Construction of Sport Complex in Zugdidi (remaining works)

Item Description:

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of Georgia has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Livable Cities Investment Project for Balanced Development. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.2. The Municipal Development Fund of Georgia (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of Sport Complex in Zugdidi (remaining works) (“the Works”). The works intended to be constructed consists of works for construction of the Sport Complex two-storied building including improvement of territory: fencing, landscaping, lighting, parking; arrangement of engineering networks of the building: water supply and sewerage, electricity, weak system, heating-cooling-ventilation, etc.
