Construction of the A5 Beli Manastir – Osijek – Svilaj, Subsection: Bridge Halasica – Beli Manastir

Item Description:

This Invitation for Tenders follows rules defined by Croatian Public Procurement Act.

“Hrvatske autoceste” d.o.o. (HAC) (hereinafter “the Employer”) has applied for a loans from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and from the European Investment Bank (the Bank) towards the cost of “Corridor Vc Completion Project – new” (in Republic of Croatia) – (hereinafter “the Project”).

The Employer now invites sealed tenders from suppliers for the following contract to be funded from the both loans:

• THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE A5 BELI MANASTIR – OSIJEK – SVILAJ, SUBSECTION: BRIDGE HALASICA – BELI MANASTIR 

Tendering for contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the Croatian Public Procurement Act is open to firms from all countries.

To be qualified for the award of a contract, tenderers shall satisfy the minimum criteria, which are further detailed in the tender documents (available in Croatian language only).

All tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security of HRK 11.400.000,00 or cash deposit in the same amount, and must be delivered electronically (in line with the instructions from the tender documentation on or before 13:00 local time on March 19, 2019, at which time they will be opened in the presence of the tenderers’ representatives who wish to attend.
