Construction of To Huu and Vo Nguyen Giap roads (elevated part) and relocation of substations

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Social Republic of Vietnam has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Secondary Green Cities Development Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract package named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Thua Thien Hue Provincial People’s Committee, c/o Thua Thien Hue Department of Planning and Investment (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the contract package HU-CW10: Construction of To Huu and Vo Nguyen Giap roads (elevated part) and relocation of substations with the following details:

Summary of works: Construction of To Huu and Vo Nguyen Giap roads (elevated part) and relocation of substations.
Site location: Hue city, Thua Thien Hue Province, as presented at the drawing No.1 in the attached dossier of construction drawings.
Contract implementation period: 18 months
Contract type: admeasurement contract with price shall be price adjustments.

National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with the ADB’s Single Stage – One Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all eligible Bidders as described in the Bidding Document.
