Provision of Occupational Health Services to Eurojust

Item Description:

The European Union Agency for Criminal Justice Cooperation (Eurojust) is an EU agency for judicial cooperation in criminal matters. We are committed to transparency and informing European citizens of its activities via various communication channels.

Eurojust assists prosecutors and other investigators from EU Member States in cases of serious crime where that crime affects two or more Member States, or requires prosecution on common bases, on the basis of operations conducted and information supplied by the Member States’ authorities, by Europol, by the EPPO and by OLAF.

Eurojust acts at the request of the competent authorities of the Member States or on its own initiative. In some cases Eurojust can act at the request of the European Commission or the European Public Prosecutor’s Office.

Brief description of the required services

The scope of this procurement procedure is the provision of the following occupational health services:

under the Lot 1:

1. Pre-employment medical examination of prospective staff members;
2. Annual medical examination for Eurojust staff members;

under the Lot 2:

• Designation of a medical advisor for Eurojust for providing specific services as described in the Technical specifications;
• Mental health services;
• Mediation services;
• Ergonomics;
• Vaccinations and public health advice;
• Invalidity procedures;
• Arbitration procedures.
