Consultancy Service for the Review of Job Applications, Short Listing and Facilitating Interviews of Qualified Candidates for the position of Assistant Secretary General in charge of Programmes at the Secretariat

The Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) is a Regional Economic Community comprising of twenty-one (21) Africa States which agreed to promote regional integration through trade and investment for the benefit of all its people. The Secretariat advertised for an Executive Management position of Assistant Secretary General responsible for Programmes which will fall vacant at the beginning of 2022. The Secretariat has received a number of applications from the COMESA Member States.

The COMESA Secretariat now wishes to contract an international Human Resource Recruitment Agency/Management Consultancy firm to, among others, conduct the short listing of five (5) best candidates; assist in the preparation of interviews (oral and written); facilitate the interview process; prepare the interview report and present the same to the COMESA Policy Organ meeting scheduled to meet in November 2022.
