Delivery of Training in the field of Humanitarian Principles and International Humanitarian Law

Item Description:

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) are seeking a service provider to deliver training as part of the Core Values Learning Campagn, which focuses on humanitarian principles and international humanitarian law (IHL). The required services are composed of the following three components: 1. An organizational diagnostic assessment on existing knowledge and skills relating to IHL and Humanitarian Principles amongst OCHA staff; 2. Distance training and online courses on International Humanitarian Law for approximately 250 staff; 3. Targeted humanitarian principles training via webinars, online assessment and certification; The initiative will target staff whose functions relate to the topic areas including humanitarian affairs officers, public information officers and other staff who are engaged in humanitarian operations. The services and training shall be delivered over the course of one year and shall begin around 22 November 2017.
