Delivery of OAUTH Tokens

Item Description:

Assisting 80 million people in around 80 countries each year, the World Food Programme (WFP) is the leading humanitarian organization fighting hunger worldwide, delivering food assistance in emergencies and working with communities to improve nutrition and build resilience.

With more than 13,000 employees geographically dispersed, often working in remote locations, WFP is interested in strengthening its cybersecurity posture by implementing Multifactor Authentication. To enable this change, WFP is soliciting expressions of interest from qualified companies with previous expertise in the production or provision of OAUTH Tokens. Participants should meet the following criteria:

Participant’s Features:

• Have a previous, proven track record in the production or provisioning of OAUTH Tokens. Include examples of the work done with other Organizations;
• Offer OAUTH Tokens that can be integrated with Microsoft Azure MFA (OAUTH TOTP token with a 30- or 60-second refresh that has a secret key of 128 characters or less) without the use of additional plugins.
• Have specialised staff, experienced with the integration of the tokens in Azure MFA, able to follow WFP during the delivery of this project;
• Must enumerate the different token models they could provide;
• Should be able to customise OAUTH tokens with custom brand/logo.

Response

In order to participate in the pre-selection exercise, companies are required to provide the following:

• Confirmation of interest in being considered for the delivery of the above items;
• Samples of provisioning of OAUTH tokens done with other Organizations with 5,000 staff or above (max 3 pages);
• Company description and brief summary of experience in the required business (max 1 page);
• Sample of tokens and documents showing the successful integration with Azure MFA (max 2 pages);
• Samples of branding customisations (max 1 page);
• Completed Annex 1 form.
• No financial proposal is required at this stage.

Upon receipt of a positive response, WFP may proceed with the next steps to engage a vendor.
