Item Description:
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to sourcing one or more suppliers who will design and provide a variety of learning programmes and solutions to develop the soft skills of a multicultural staff. The OECD is also seeking to reinforce the diversity of learning modalities available to staff, in the form of on-site, flipped learning, online (synchronous or asynchronous) and mobile learning solutions.
The deadline date to submit an offer is Friday 13 September 2019, 13:00 (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance le présent appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs prestataires pour concevoir et proposer divers programmes et solutions d’apprentissage afin de développer les compétences transversales d’un personnel multiculturel. L’OCDE cherche également à renforcer la diversité des modalités d’apprentissage offertes au personnel, sous forme de solutions d’apprentissage sur site et classes inversées, en ligne (synchrone ou asynchrone) et mobile.
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Vendredi 13 Septembre 2019 à 13h00 (heure de Paris).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
