Item Description:
The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders towards engaging, on behalf of the International Energy Agency (IEA), one or several suppliers with deep experience of technical online courses to support the IEA’s efforts on producing energy themed workshops and training events.
This Call for Tender is divided into two Lots:
- Lot 1 – Design and develop new online training course materials
- Lot 2 – Provide technical support for the development of new online training courses and maintenance/enhancement of existing courses
The deadline for the receipt of Tenders is June 1, 2021, 8:00 PM (UTC +1)
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal « Bravo Solution » to conduct this procurement process. Interested candidates should register on the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres, au nom de l’Agence Internationale de l’Énergie (AIE), afin d’engager un ou plusieurs fournisseurs ayant une expérience approfondie des cours techniques en ligne pour appuyer les efforts de l’AIE dans la production d’ateliers et de formations sur le thème de l’énergie.
Cet appel d’offres est divisé en deux lots :
- Lot 1 – Concevoir et développer de nouveaux supports de cours de formation en ligne
- Lot 2 – Fournir un soutien technique pour le développement de nouveaux cours de formation en ligne et la maintenance / l’amélioration des cours existants
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au 1er juin 2021, à 20h00 (TU +1).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
