Item Description:
The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.
ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.
Invitation for Bids
The Royal Government of Bhutan has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Alternative Renewable Energy Pilot Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Bhutan Power Corporation Limited (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic Systems including Remote Monitoring Device (“the Goods”).
Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
