Supply of Stationery Products and Office Supplies for EASO premises

Item Description:

The European Asylum Support Office (referred to below as the contracting authority) is planning to award the contract resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

Purpose

The overall objective of the framework contracts is to ensure regular supply of quality stationary products and office supplies to its offices and field locations in order to ensure their proper functioning.

This is an Open call for tenders to conclude single framework contracts for:

• Lot 1: supply of stationery products and office supplies for EASO premises in Greece;
• Lot 2: supply of stationery products and office supplies for EASO premises in Spain;
• Lot 3: supply of stationery products and office supplies for EASO premises in Malta;
• Lot 4: supply of stationery products and office supplies for EASO premises in Cyprus.

Deliverables

A list of items to be delivered is found as part of the Financial proposal form (SSF 7) and includes some of the most consumed items by EASO. The tenderer is expected to be able to provide, as a minimum requirement, all the items specified in the form.

However, this list is not exhaustive and additional similar items can be requested from the catalogue which is to be provided together with the technical offer.

For all items described, the minimum warranty and technical support requested is 2 years, covering replacement of damaged deliveries.

All the provisions stipulated apply to all the items to be provided under the framework contract (i.e. items offered in the tender, catalogue, and any other additional purchases).
