Design, Supplying and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control components and SCADA system

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Jaffna Kilinochchi Water Supply and Sanitation Project. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.

The Chairman, Standing Cabinet Appointed Procurement Committee (SCAPC), on behalf of the National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) (the Employer) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Design, Supplying and Installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control components and SCADA system. (“The Works”).

The Works includes the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Control components and SCADA systems and related Civil Works.

International Competitive Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Single-Stage: Two-Envelope (1S2E) bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries of the ADB.
