Item Description:

The European Commission, Directorate General Climate Action referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, this invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose

The framework contract will cover services related to the Union Registry (UR), the European Union Transaction Log (EUTL) and related services, including maintenance and user support. Emphasis is put on providing full support for the entire life-cycle of new functionalities as required by legislation, on embedding security-by-design within existing and newly developed functionalities, on security and performance testing as a pre-requisite to releasing any software, and on providing a high level of post-deployment support.
