Provision of services for insured medical evacuation, repatriation and travel security for the WTO

Item Description:

The World Trade Organization (WTO) is seeking to identify and preselect providers of services capable to deliver, under a single contract:

a) Insured medical evacuation and repatriation services, for private travel, for:
i.Fixed-term staff members dependents and retirees insured under the WTO Medical Plan.

b) Insured medical evacuation and repatriation services, for official travel, for:
i. Fixed-term staff members;
ii. Short-terms staff members;

c) Insured travel security services, for official travel, for:
i. Fixed-term staff members;
ii. Short-terms staff members;
iii. Interns.

In order to participate to our procurement exercises, you are requested to register in the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) website.

The system provides registered companies with secure access to information enabling them to participate in WTO tenders such as Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Quotation (RFQ), Invitation to Bid (ITB) and Request for Proposal (RFP).
