We would like to invite you to submit your proposal for our latest requirement “Development/ Creation of Online Platform For IOM Djibouti Mission”
Please kindly check the detailed Terms of Reference (TOP) in French) on page 2 to 6 for the technical requirements.
All prices to be quoted must be valid for Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of quotation. Proposal must be sent in Formal Form in Company Letter Head of the Vendor signed by the authorized representative. Prices must be clear and in US Dollar (USD), in Euro (EUR) or in Djibouti Francs (DJF) for local vendors with proposed project time line indicated.
