Provision of Communication and Event Services

The aim of this tender is to procure the necessary services and material for the provision of Communication Services (Lot 1) and Event Organisation Services (Lot 2) for EFCA.

The purchases that are the subject of this call for tenders, including any minimum requirements, are described in detail below.

Variants (alternatives to the model solution described in the tender specifications) are not allowed for any lot. The contracting authority will disregard any variants described in a tender.

All written and oral communication with the successful tenderer(s) will be in English.

EFCA currently uses Microsoft (MS) Teams and integrated applications, such as the MS Task Planner, as the main online platform for internal and external communications, including work meetings and events, and as a repository of working documents. It is expected that regular communication with the contractor(s) will take place using MS Teams, through specific teams and channels.

EFCA reserves the right to change the platform during the life of the framework contract — if necessary — and expects the contractor(s) to adapt to and work within the new platform under the same conditions.
