Global Systems Contract for the supply of Electrical materials packages, components and accessories

The supplied equipment must be appropriate for use in harsh environmental conditions and suitable for different climate zones (e.g. desert, tropical areas, mountain sites, etc.) in which there are several variations of the relative natural forces (e.g. temperature, humidity, wind, and other climatic conditions).

The UN expects its vendors to demonstrate effective environmental controls and to comply with relevant legislation and regulations regarding the protection of the environment, labour, and human rights. As such, the UN reserves the right to refuse to enter into or cease doing, business with contractors that have proven records of misconduct in their environmental or/and social practices.

The supplied equipment must be designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant current international or national codes. If equivalent codes are utilized in lieu of the referenced codes, then the Bidders must substantiate the differences between the codes.

Potential bidders interested in providing the above services are invited to submit an EOI, by completing the accompanying Vendor Response Form either online or manually.

Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of proposals. Its purpose is to identify companies that would be interested to participate in the solicitation when issued and if invited to the solicitation by UNPD.
