Item Description:
Upon the request for the Government of Djibouti through the Directorate General of the Police, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Djibouti was solicited to assist in the implementation of a Web intelligence platform which would aim to improve the understanding and therefore preventing transnational organized crime, the cyber threats, through namely real-time alerts.
This WEB Intelligence platform will enable the national authorities to analyze and investigate OSINT information collected from the Web and potentially additional sources in order to uncover potential threats and future trends. The solution will collect and analyze open-source Web content and transforms it into Actionable Intelligence.
