Item Description:
The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) hereby solicits Expressions of Interest (EOI) from specialised companies for the Installation of Prefabricated Aviation Hangars and Warehouse Structures at various MINUSCA Offices in the Central African Republic.
The Prefabricated Aviation Hangars are required in Bangui, Bouar, Kaga-Bandoro and Bria; whereas the Warehouse Structures shall be installed at MINUSCA Offices/Camps in Bangui and Bouar. The installation of both Prefabricated Aviation Hangars and Warehouse Structures are for MINUSCA operational needs.
Interested companies are invited to submit their EOI by e-mail to minusca-eoi@un.org.
This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. MINUSCA reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a response to this EOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued.
The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest – “Installation of Prefabricated Aviation Hangars and Warehouse Structures at various MINUSCA Offices in the Central African Republic” must be received by MINUSCA no later than 23h59 Bangui local time (GMT+1) on Friday 19 August 2022.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS / INFORMATION (IF ANY)
The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information:
- Company’s profile and contact details (address, telephone and fax unmbers, e-mail, etc.)
- Mandatory Registration in UNGM at Level 1
- UNGM registration number
