The OECD is issuing this Call for Tenders with a view to select one or more suppliers to provide interpretation services from Russian-English/English-Russian and Turkish-English/English-Turkish to the Ankara Multilateral Tax Centre. The CFT is divided into two lots:
- Lot 1: Russian into English and English into Russian
- Lot 2: Turkish into English and English into Turkish
The deadline to submit an offer is Tuesday, 27 October 2020 14:00PM (Paris time).
The OECD will use its e-Sourcing portal to conduct this procurement exercise. Interested bidders should register with the e-Sourcing portal in order to access the associated documents and further information.

L’OCDE lance cet appel d’offres en vue de sélectionner un ou plusieurs fournisseurs pour fournir des services d’interprétation du russe-anglais/anglais-russe et turc-anglais/anglais-turc pour le Centre fiscal multilatéral de Turquie (Ankara). Le CFT est divisé en deux lots:
- Lot 1: du russe vers l’anglais et de l’anglais vers le russe
- Lot 2: du turc vers l’anglais et de l’anglais vers le turc
La date limite de remise des offres est fixée au Mardi 27 Octobre 2020 à 14h00 (CET).
L’OCDE utilisera son portail d’achat en ligne afin de conduire cet appel d’offres. Les soumissionnaires intéressés doivent s’enregistrer sur le portail d’achat en ligne afin de pouvoir accéder aux documents nécessaires et autres informations relatives.
