    Section 7 –           Technical Compliance Sheet

    Section 8 –           Technical Specification for required equipment

    Section 9 –           Price Schedule Form including the Bill of Quantities (BOQs)

    Section 10–          Form for Performance Security

    Section 11 –         Form for Bid Security

    Section 12 –         Model Contract to be signed

    Section 13 –         General Terms and Conditions for Civil Work

    Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, must be delivered on or before 22nd January, 2017 on or before 1400 hours to bids.iraq@undp.org by mentioning the ITB Reference No. ITB-004/17 –Rehabilitate the Electricity Network of Al-Khalis District, Diyala Governorate.

    The bidders are required to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 14 January, 2017 between 11:00 till 13:00
