LOT 3: Installation, Connection and Concrete Works at Khan Younis Governorate

The United Nations Development Programme/ Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for one or two of the above-referenced lots.

8. Form for Bid Security
9. Form for Performance Security
10. Form for Advanced Payment Guarantee
11. Contract to be Signed, including General Terms and Conditions for Civil Works
12. Safety and Health in Construction: An ILO code of practice, and Safety, Health and Welfare on Construction Sites: A training manual
13. Drawings (Lot 1, Lot 2 and Lot 3)
14. Form of Socio-Environment Compliance
15. Form of Financial Capability
16. Acknowledgement Letter

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

Site visit shall be conducted after the pre-bid meeting

Bidders are advised to attend the pre-bid meeting and site visit (on their own cost and responsibility). Arrangements have been made for site visit to be held as per above schedule containing date, time and location. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.

The pre-bid meeting minutes, and any further enquiries received on or before 17 January 2017, will be documented and posted on the designated UNDP website on 19 January 2017. No inquiries will be accepted after 17 January 2017.
