Item Description:

The purpose of this invitation to tender is to organise language courses at the agency.This invitation to tender will be awarded in the form of a cascade framework agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of compliant tenders). The services will be carried out as a priority by the holder ranked 1st in terms of the award criteria. In the event of the contractor’s inability to perform the contract, the contracting authority may contact the contractor ranked 2nd and so on.
