Item Description:

The World Bank Group (WBG) is one of the world’s largest sources of funding and knowledge for developing countries. Its five institutions share a commitment to reducing poverty, increasing shared prosperity, and promoting sustainable development.

The Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (MIGA) (hereinafter referred to as “WBG”) invites Proposals from Offerors interested in providing MIGA.ORG Public Website Launch, Development and Support services as outlined in this document. Proposals must be received by the WBG at email address GSDPRSolicitation@worldbank.org on or before the Closing Date and Time as specified.

MIGA Management is looking to (i) formally launch its newly-improved website, (ii) add new functions, and (iii) support ongoing development and design through to the end of FY19, and possibly into subsequent fiscal years.

To be eligible to bid, a Firm must be able to meet the following Mandatory Criteria:

1. Firm must have been in business for at least five (5) years.

2. Firm must have at least two (2) years of experience and demonstrate competency in the similar services as specified in this RFP. Such experience should be substantiated by a minimum of three (3) customer references for which samples should be provided showing the similar service being provided.

3. Firm must provide a staffing list (indicating sub-contractors where appropriate).

4. Firm must have the financial capability to successfully complete the Contract, which is substantiated by a complete set of financial statements for the previous two (2) fiscal years, and a copy of the company charter, Articles of Agreement or other evidence indicating its official status.

5. Firm must agree to the WBG’s non-negotiable Contract terms and conditions.
