Item Description:
The European Environment Agency (EEA), referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All documents are available in the attached ZIP File.
Subject of this call for tenders
The subject of this call for tenders is to enter an agreement with an economic operator who may supply the full installation, including maintenance, and the rent of six collective automatic coffee machines in the premises of the EEA, as well as the supply of associated coffee beans.
There are approximately 280 staff members (including consultants) working at the EEA. In addition, the Agency welcomes approximately 2000 visitors a year in its premises.
There is currently one coffee machine with a coffee beans grounder in use in the EEA canteen situated in the basement of the building located at Kongens Nytorv 6 (KN6), which is operated by the contracted canteen service provider.
