Item Description:

The European Commission is an institution of the European Union, responsible for proposing legislation, implementing decisions, upholding the EU treaties and managing the day-to-day business of the EU.

The European Commission, Office for Infrastructure and Logistics, Luxembourg, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the contracting authority’) is considering awarding contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, thE invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. All the documents are available in the attached ZIP File.

The objective of the framework contract is to provide services related to the maintenance of electrical, fire detection and extinguishing installations of buildings, grouped together as follows:

• line item I: maintenance, repair, assistance, operation and monitoring:
  • line item Ia: general preventive maintenance programme; repair services; assistance to the contracting authority and/or to third parties; operation and monitoring of installations,
  • line item Ib: specialised services: specific preventive maintenance programme; assistance to the contracting authority and/or third party; operation and monitoring of installations,
  • line item Ic: on-call breakdown assistance, outside of normal hours: breakdown assistance; operation and monitoring of installations,
• line item II: possible related services, on request:
  • line item IIa: labour,
  • line item IIb: equipment not provided for in IIc,
  • line item IIc: equipment and fixed-rate services.
