Multiple Framework Service Contract to Perform Design Services, Provide Advice and Support during Various Phases of Construction and/or Refurbishment Projects

The European Commission, DG JRC – Joint Research Centre, referred to below as the contracting authority, is planning to award the contract(s) resulting from the above procurement procedure. The procurement documents consist of the contract notice, the invitation letter, the draft contract(s) and tender specifications with their respective annexes. Purpose

For the realization of various building and installation construction and/or renovation projects which differ in size and complexity, the JRC Petten needs support. This support mainly relates to executing feasibility studies, providing (preliminary) designs, writing technical specifications including technical drawings, performing studies on building-, installations- and site-related matters, providing advice in different areas of expertise, providing information during procurement procedures, supervision during project execution.
