ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

Invitation for Bids

The Lao People’s Democratic Republic has received financing from the ADB toward the cost of the Sustainable Rural Infrastructure and Watershed Management Sector Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Provincial Agriculture and Forestry Office (“the Employer”) of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Nam Poua Bridge, Viengxay District, Houaphan Province (“the Works”).

Open Competitive Bidding (National Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
