Item Description:
The World Bank Group invites qualified firms to submit technical and financial proposals to provide services associated with the World Bank’s (WBG) requirement for Operational Risk Assessments for Private Charters undertaken by the WBG globally.
The requirement would be to provide a Desktop Operational Risk Assessment for each Charter that the WBG contracts with, outside of its contracted broker or any additional suppliers that could be added to a preferred list.
Most of WBG’s Charters are organized less than 14 days in advance (sometimes as little as 3-5 days in advance), requiring a fast turn- around to provide an Assessment.
Firms must meet all the mandatory criteria outlined below to be considered as eligible for technical evaluation:
Firm must have a minimum annual gross revenue of US$10.0 Million per annum on average for the last 2 years (2017, 2018).
Firm must submit a complete set of audited/certified financials for the last 3 fiscal years (local office only for national and international offerors) that demonstrates financial soundness and capability to successfully support the entire contract.
Firm must have all required licenses, permits and related paperwork to operate as an Operational Risk Assessor/Auditor.
Any other technical requirements of the RFP.
