Provision of Implementation of the Global Evaluation Reports Oversight System (GEROS) 2019-2022

Item Description:

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) was created by the United Nations General Assembly on 11 December 1946, to provide emergency food and healthcare to children in countries that had been devastated by World War II. In 1950, UNICEF’s mandate was extended to address the long-term needs of children and women in developing countries everywhere. In 1953 it became a permanent part of the United Nations System, and the words “international” and “emergency” were dropped from the organization’s name, making it simply the United Nations Children’s Fund, retaining the original acronym, “UNICEF”.

UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit an offer for the above Request for Proposal for Services (RFPS).  Please find attached documents for RFPS-NYH-2019-503059– Long Term Arrangement of Services (LTAS) for the provision of Implementation of the Global Evaluation Reports Oversight System (GEROS) 2019-2022

3. Attachments to be maximumten (10) megabytes per email and submitted in PDF format. Larger attachments and attachments other than PDF format will not be accepted.
4. No other recipient should be “cc” or “bcc” in the email submission
5. Questions to be received by: 22 July 2019 the latest.

Proposals must be received by latest 23.59 hours (New York time) on 4 August 2019.  After submission of your offer, you will receive an acknowledgement receipt.
