The African Development Bank Group (AfDB) or Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD) is a multilateral development finance institution. Invitation for Bids [IFB]
The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the African Development Bank, AfDB hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of Plant Design, Supply, and Installation of Medium & Low Voltage (33/0.4 kV) distribution network Construction of rural towns around Dalol and Afdera, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Mekele-Dalol & Semera-Afdera Power Transmission Supply for Industrial Development and Access Scale-up Project (MDSAPIAP Lot-5). For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing.
The Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Plant Design, Supply, and Installation of Medium & Low Voltage (33/0.4 kV) distribution network Construction of rural towns around Dalol and Afdera.
