Item Description:

The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank focused on developing Asia. The headquarters building is located in the central area of the Olympic Forest Park. The staff of AIIB come from various countries and hold diplomatic visas. Many high-profile events and conferences are held at the headquarters. As such, AIIB requires high-standard, rigorous and meticulous security services.

What to Procure:  

The AIIB is requesting proposals from security companies to provide unarmed, and uniformed security guard services for AIIB headquarters and it’s Tianjin Office. The request aims to purchase security service:

• Four-year contract from Apr.01, 2023 to Mar.31, 2027 with an option of additional three-year extension.
• The Office area of AIIB HQ buildings located at Tower A, Asia Financial Center, No.1 Tianchen East Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, China. The HQs is separately managed and independently controlled, including various facilities, systems and equipment: 16 floors above ground and 3 floors below ground provide around 101,000 m2 gross floor area consisting of standard offices, open workstations, multi-function hall and conference areas, underground parking, restaurants, cafeteria, gym, clinic and many other amenities.
• AIIB Tianjin Office located at 25-26 floor, No. 681 Ronghe Rd. Binhai New Area, Tianjin. The Tianjin Office consists of 2 levels (F25, F26) above the ground with around 4500 m2 gross floor area, including standard offices, open workstations, conference areas and parking spaces at B1.
