1. National Procurement Authority, Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistanhas received a grant the AfghanistanReconstruction Trust Fund (“ARTF”) administrated by the International Development Association IDA, World Bank toward the cost PFMR-II Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Grant to payments under the agreement(s) resulting fromthis IFB: Procurement and Supply of Vehicles, NPA /95/ICB/G-1424.
2. The National Procurement Authoritynow invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the above contract.
3. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB)a procedure specified in the WorldBank’s Guidelines: Procurement Loans and IDA Credits, and is open to all bidders from EligibleSource Countries as defined in the Guidelines.
