Provision of ICT Services for SEG and IMS Mobile Applications

Item Description:

The European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) is planning to award the public contract referred to above. The procurement documents consist of the Invitation, the Tender Specifications with its appendix(s), and the draft contract.

Objective, scope and description of the contract

The objective is to establish a two-year Framework Contract (FWC) with an experienced contractor that can support EMSA with code correction, evolutive maintenance, IT Helpdesk, and upgrades relating to the SEG web application and the IMS mobile application(s).

Software activities concerning other systems integrated into the SSN Ecosystem (e.g. SSN, STAR, EU LRIT CDC, EO CDC) are out-of-scope of this procedure.

Following the signature of the FWC, EMSA intends to contract specific activities by issuing individual Requests for Services (RFS) and Specific Contracts in accordance with the terms and provisions of the FWC.

The FWC may be renewed, if so decided by EMSA, for two periods of one year each and up to a maximum total period of four years.
