Procurement of 100 KVA, BIS Certified Energy Efficiency Level-3/ Equivalent certified Distribution Transformers (DW-01)

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) was conceived in the early 1960s as a financial institution that would be Asian in character and foster economic growth and cooperation in one of the poorest regions in the world.

ADB assists its members, and partners, by providing loans, technical assistance, grants, and equity investments to promote social and economic development.

The Government of India has received financing from the ADB towards the cost of Madhya Pradesh Power Transmission and Distribution System Improvement. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The M.P. Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company Ltd. (‘the Purchaser”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of 100 KVA, BIS Certified Energy Efficiency Level-3/ Equivalent Certified Distribution Transformers.

International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
