Procurement of chemical pesticides for locust intervention in the Kyrgyz Republic

Item Description:

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of chemical pesticides for locust intervention in the Kyrgyz Republic.

• Detailed description of commodity and quantity:
  Chemical pesticides:

1. Lambda-Cyhalothrin (Pyrethroid);
2. Chlorpyrifos (Organophosphate);
3. Deltamethrin (Pyrethroid);
4. Alpha-Cypermethrin (Pyrethroid).

• Delivery Times: Within 10 calendar days after issuance of FAO Purchase order to the Central Storage of Department of Chemicalization and Plant Protection of MoAFIM at 3, Toktogul str. Voenno-Antonovka village, Sokuluk rayon, Kyrgyzstan.
• Destination country/countries – Kyrgyzstan on DAP Incoterms 2010 basis.

Mandatory requirements / documents:

1. Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);
2. Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
3. Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications Form as provided in Appendix “I”.
4. Duly Accomplished Financial proposal form as provided in Appendix “II”
5. Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “III”
6. Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TRANSLATIONS OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS IN ENGLISH IS OFFICIAL AND MANDATORY FOR COMPLETION, AND THE TRANSLATION OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS INTO RUSSIAN IS UNOFFICIAL AND PROVIDED ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE AND TO ENSURE A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS BY THE BIDDERS.

Offers will only be accepted if submitted through the UNGM Portal. 
Offers not submitted through the UNGM Portal will be invalidated.
