Procurement of Design and Construction

The Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee (MPC) on behalf of the Project Director, Science and Technology Human Resource Development (STHRD) Project (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of Design and Construction of Proposed Building Complex to Establish Laboratories for the Department of Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry for the Faculty of Medicine, University of Moratuwa (STHRD/PMU/UOM-CW) (“the Works”). This procurement comprises design and construction of various learning spaces including lecture rooms and laboratories as well as administrative facilities totaling to approximate floor area 2,500 m2 (ground floor + 5 floors).

Open Competitive Bidding (national advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: Two-Envelope Bidding Procedure and is opened to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.
