Procurement of Plant Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, and Civil Works for Bifurcation/Rehabilitation of 40 Nos. 11kV Feeders on a Turnkey Basis- (Rebidding)

Invitation for Bids

The Islamic Republic of Pakistan received financing from the ADB toward the cost of Power Distribution Strengthening Project (PDSP). Part of this financing will be used for payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

The Sukkur Electric Power Company – SEPCO (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of “Procurement of Plant Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Civil Works for Bifurcation/Rehabilitation of 40 Nos. 11kV Feeders on Turnkey Basis” (“the Facilities”). The Time for Completion from the Effective Date as described in the Bidding Documents, shall be 365 days.

Open Competitive Bidding (International Advertisement) will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as described in the Bidding Document.
